Duties/Skills include:

Printing off jobs and entering them into in-house job management system

Customer service/quoting/invoicing (MYOB)

Developing designs to customer specifications

Maintaining design files, all communications and records

Have Social media skills for uploading media to our Facebook & Instagram

Proficient with Microsoft office (word & excel)

Ensure that production tasks are completed accurately and within specified timelines

Collaborate with the design and production team to bring creative concepts to life

Prepare digital files for printing, including tasks such as colour correction, proofing, page imposition, and file formatting & editing of artwork.

Operate and maintain digital printing presses and other production equipment to produce high-quality printed materials

Monitor print quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process

Contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows and processes.

Lifting and moving cartons and stock.

Other miscellaneous duties

Essential requirements for the position include:

1. Design experience, preferably with Apparel or the ability to learn

2. Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign

3. Professional, well presented, ability to communicate effectively with customers alike

4. High Attention to detail

5. Able to work independently and as a team

6. Time management and flexibility in responding to changing work priorities

7. Fit and able to spend long periods of time on your feet

8. Eligible to legally work in Australia

Full time, 8.30am - 4.30pm, 5 days a week, permanent position.
