About the role

Agenda C' is seeking an experienced Public Relations and Social Media Consultant (2-3 years in Australia) to join our dynamic team in Darlinghurst, NSW. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative PR and social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement for our diverse portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing targeted PR campaigns to secure media coverage for clients across print, digital and broadcast platforms

Managing client social media channels, including content creation, community engagement and performance reporting

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers

Tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics to optimise future activities

Collaborating with the wider marketing and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions

Providing strategic counsel and recommendations to clients to achieve their communications objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in public relations and/or social media management, preferably within an agency setting

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse stakeholders

Strong media relations skills and an established network of media contacts

Proven track record in delivering successful PR and social media campaigns

Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools and data analysis

Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
