About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a multi-talented creative to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines graphic design with social media content creation, offering loads of variety and opportunities for creative ownership. You'll work across a diverse mix of branding, digital, print, and social campaigns, producing engaging visuals and compelling copy that cut through the noise.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s equal parts designer and storyteller, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to make an impact for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Design engaging and brand-aligned assets for print and digital platforms

· Create and manage content across social channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

· Collaborate with the design team on marketing initiatives, client campaigns and pitches

· Manage multiple projects at once, balancing quality and deadlines

· Stay on top of design and social trends to keep our work fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve

What We’re Looking For

· A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

· Strong copywriting and social media content creation skills

· Solid understanding of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram

· Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)

· Video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects)

· Web design (WordPress, Webflow, HTML/CSS)
