About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic, imaginative, and excited to grow their design career in fashion. You’ll collaborate closely with our senior creatives and marketing team to bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer at the start of their career who’s eager to contribute fresh ideas and sharpen their skills in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing visual assets for social media, web, email, and digital marketing campaigns

Support the creation of lookbooks, packaging, and promotional materials

Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of Runaway The Label across all platforms

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to meet design briefs and deadlines

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs

Stay inspired by current fashion, design, and social media trends

What We’re Looking For

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field

1+ year of relevant design experience (internships and freelance considered)

A strong portfolio that shows creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

A team player with excellent communication and time management skills

Passion for fashion, design, and digital storytelling

Bonus: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or photography
