Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen operations during service, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness
Mentor, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and FOH management team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Off site and event catering support where applicable
Contribute to ongoing menu development, innovation, and execution
Uphold the kitchen’s high standards in food quality, hygiene, and organisation
Maintain and build strong relationships with local producers, ensuring seasonal sourcing
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a senior kitchen position (CDP +)
Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and time management abilities
A genuine love of food, creativity, and commitment to excellence
