Chef / Cook / Sous Chef – Key Requirements:

Proven grill experience

Availability from Wednesday to Sunday

Ability to listen, follow instructions, and adhere to workplace standards and policies

Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines

Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and a clean uniform

Understanding and compliance with food safety regulations

Punctual, honest, and dependable

Comfortable working with a rotating roster

Team player mindset, with a strong connection to both front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration

Able to handle and deliver food efficiently during busy service periods

Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and kitchen development

Awareness of and commitment to managing and reducing kitchen wastage

Flexible and reliable
