🌟 About the Role

As part of our kitchen leadership team, you will:

Assist the team in a high-performing kitchen team

Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality dishes to exacting standards

Ensure smooth kitchen operations including inventory, cost control, and waste minimisation

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment

Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence

Collaborate with the food and beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience

👤 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Qualified Chef in a high-volume venue

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

Strong knowledge of food safety, preparation, and presentation standards

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
