You must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent international qualification
2+ years experience for Chef de Partie, 3+ years for Junior Sous Chef, 4+ years for Sous Chef positions
Strong expertise in high-volume cooking, menu planning, and inventory management required
Current food safety certification and demonstrated knowledge of HACCP principles required
Must be currently on a valid 482 visa with at least 12 months remaining or eligible for sponsorship
