The Role: IT Support Analyst
We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver ready to step up and own complex IT challenges for a broad range of business clients. You'll tackle escalations, manage projects, and support Microsoft cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with senior specialists, mentor junior analysts, and work onsite around Sydney Metro. You will also attend our Central Coast office, from time to time, for training and key projects.
If you’ve got more than 2 years’ experience in IT support or provisioning and want to push your skills into IT consulting, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality IT and network support to business clients
Manage Microsoft cloud environments (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
Support core infrastructure: VMs, Servers, SANs, routers & switches
Prioritise and solve tickets efficiently with a service-first mindset
Assist clients with training and technical guidance
Keep our internal documentation fresh and reliable
What You Bring
2+ years in onsite or desktop support roles
Sharp troubleshooting skills and solid IT fundamentals
Familiar with AD, Group Policy, PowerShell
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Excellent communication—you're as good with people as you are with tech
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team
Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field
Willing to participate in an on-call roster and
A goal to move into an IT consulting career
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
Microsoft certifications (Intune, Azure, SharePoint)
Cisco experience/certs (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
Multi-server/site deployment experience
Firewall/IP security expertise
VoIP/SIP (Asterisk or 3CX) skills/certifications
