About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Support Analyst to join a high-performing IT team within a leading financial services business. This role will see you providing front-line support for internal users, helping resolve issues, triaging tickets, and assisting with the smooth operation of key applications and systems.
It’s a fantastic entry point for someone looking to build a career in tech support or IT operations within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve Level 1–2 support requests and incidents
Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, systems, and user environments
Liaise with internal users and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers or development teams
Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and reporting
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates
Support regular upgrades, patches, and testing activities
What We’re Looking For:
A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years’ experience in a support or IT service desk role (internships or part-time work welcome)
Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow) and basic SQL
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
