We’re looking for a reliable, Part-timeDesktop Support Analyst Level 1-2 – Office365, MacOS, Networks, Jira, Devices - to provide Level 1 & 2 support in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll handle user issues, set up devices, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems—on-site, with a strong focus on service and responsiveness. You will need to possess banking, wealth, fintech or insurance experience to be considered for this role.

The Desktop Support Analyst Level 1-2 – Office365, MacOS, Networks, Jira, Devices – is an initial contract role for 3 months, with the possibility of extending. The role is part-time 9am-1pm each working day, 5 days in the office based in Sydney CBD.

You will:

• Support desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (Windows & macOS)
• Configure and deploy devices, assist with AV/meeting room setups
• Respond to tickets (Jira Service Management) and escalate where needed
• Document fixes and contribute to the internal knowledge base

Required:

• 2–3 years in IT support within a corporate company, ideally banking, wealth or insurance
• Good knowledge of Windows/MacOS, Google Workspace, basic networking
• Hands-on, proactive, and great with people
• AV support, Google Admin/M365 experience
