Responsibilities:

● Creating happy and outstanding customer experiences;

● Leading a team within a busy, fast-paced and fun hospitality environment;

● Selecting applicants, conducting trials, hiring and taking care of the shop’s weekly roster;

● Engaging with customers, promoting and upselling products to them and working well with the team;

● Overseeing the quality standards and preparation of our delicious and beautiful açaí bowls and

smoothies;

● Ensuring operation is running smoothly (food preparation, stock, service etc);

● Inventory count, ordering and management;

● Being responsible for major cashier duties.

● Training new staff within Oakberry standards and quality

● Labor cost control

● COGS control

● Weekly stock count

● Ordering, Inventory and Invoicing system management

● Maintaining quality and standards up to high quality level

Skills and Experience:

● Previous experience in a hospitality or retail leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer

service

● Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

● Experience with inventory control, ordering, and stock management

● Ability to motivate, train and lead a diverse team
