Since our establishment, we have been a trusted and welcoming shopping destination for local residents.

We are now looking for a passionate and capable Retail Manager to lead our team and continue delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

The Opportunity

We are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take ownership of store operations, build a high-performing team, and contribute directly to the ongoing growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product selection, stock levels, and service standards to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies tailored to the local market.

Promote and present the store’s goods and services to attract and retain customers.

Lead the sales team in providing excellent product knowledge and customer support.

Oversee accurate stock control and financial transactions.

Prepare and manage store budgets and financial targets.

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve store goals.

Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store operations and customer experience.

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in retail management or supervisory role.

Relevant industry qualification

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, lead, and inspire teams.

Sound knowledge of stock management, budgeting, and retail operations.

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on achieving results.
