Full-time role, priority days Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday. One late night Thursday evening every second week.

Base salary $60,000, with up to $12,000 a year in bonuses for reaching monthly targets.

Successful applicants will have:

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

Experience with rostering, detecting foot traffic patterns and managing casual hours.

Experience providing feedback and direction to staff to reach shared goals.

Minimum 1 year of independent merchandising experience.

A confident and vibrant personality with a strong personal style.

Excellent brand knowledge or desire to learn.

Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to reach store goals and maintain brand standards.

Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.

Have good availability, including Thursday nights and weekends + available to work public holidays and traditionally busy holidays like Easter and Christmas.
