Battery World Dubbo is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operation and drive local growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day store operations

Leading, motivating and coaching a small team

Creating a positive and high-performance team culture

Managing stock levels, supplier relationships and inventory control

Driving customer service excellence and sales growth

Analysing and improving KPIs

Supporting customers with battery testing and fitting services (training provided)

Ensuring compliance with safety and company standards

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a store manager or assistant manager role (retail, trade or automotive preferred)

Strong leadership and people management skills

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

A proactive and accountable work ethic – you get things done

Ability to work autonomously and make decisions

Confidence with targets, KPIs and team development

A current driver’s licence

Knowledge of batteries or trade/auto is an advantage, but not essential
