A well-established motel in Tweed Heads is now seeking an experienced and reliable Manager / Housekeeper for a full-time salary position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

General Management

Front Office

General maintenance

Housekeeping of rooms

Excellent customer service and delivery guest satisfaction

Clear communication skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

A passion for customer service – greeting guest expectations with a strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent time and staff management skills

Knows that hospitality can be 24/7 and therefore happy/willing to assist guests after hours if required.

To have drive & enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the business.

All office duties (bookings, check-ins, checkouts, daily balancing, respond to emails/enquiries, process accounting into accounting package, ordering of linen/motel supplies).

Basic computer skills and knowledge of booking software eg: RMS preferred
