Our JMJ Narrandera is currently seeking a highly motivated and positive full-time Retail Store Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Area Business Consultant, this role is pivotal in delivering a high standard of customer service, store presentation, and operational excellence — all while fostering a safe, inclusive, and harmonious work environment.Retail

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team leadership, inventory control, compliance, marketing execution, and site profitability. If you're ready to take ownership and lead with passion, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership or management role.

• Previous experience in fuel/petroleum retail (highly regarded).

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong organisational, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Experience with food handling and back-of-house operations (desirable).

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong work ethic, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Legally entitled to work in Australia.
