You will be responsible for:

Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service

Driving store performance and achieving sales and KPI targets

Managing daily operations including stock, rostering, and visual merchandising

Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to grow and succeed

Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture

What we’re looking for:

A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for people

Strong leadership and team development skills

Previous retail management experience (preferably in footwear or health & lifestyle)

A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Confidence using sales reporting tools and operational systems
