We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive sales assistant to support a high-performing real estate agent. This isn’t just admin — this is a full-time role for someone who thrives on structure, loves people, and knows how to keep things moving without being micromanaged.

You’ll be the right hand in keeping everything on track: data, follow-up, next steps, and meaningful touchpoints that help build long-term relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and updating a database of property owners and buyers

• Tracking activity in key suburbs and identifying opportunities

• Making follow-up calls, checking in with leads, and booking appointments

• Keeping client notes and tasks organised and up to date

• Preparing market appraisal packs and pre-listing material

• Helping map out client journeys — including gifts, check-ins, and touchpoints

• Staying across multiple systems, making sure nothing slips through the cracks

What we're looking for:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail (this is essential)

• Excellent communicator who’s confident on the phone

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing data and tasks across multiple platforms

• Energised by people and driven to do great work (with bonus earning potential)

This is a full-time role with a great base salary and room to grow. You’ll be working closely with one of the region’s top agents — someone who values loyalty, initiative, and strong follow-through.
