About the Role: As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio. Duties include:

• End-to-end property management for approx. 80 residential properties
• Managing routine inspections, entries and exits
• Liaising with landlords and tenants in a professional, friendly manner
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
• Attending QCAT hearings (if required)
• Using modern property management systems (training provided if needed)
• Working closely with in-office admin support for smooth operations

You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in residential property management (or strong Assistant ready to step up)
• Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s licence
