The Role Includes (but is not limited to):

• Assisting with routine inspections
• Supporting final inspections when required
• Communicating with landlords and tenants
• Providing administrative support, handling applications, and documentation
• Managing general tenant correspondence and maintenance coordination

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Energetic, passionate, and eager to grow in property management
• Friendly, proactive, and a collaborative team player
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Professional presentation with a positive, can-do attitude
