Position: Sales Prospector / Associate
Location: Samford, QLD
Salary: $70- $80,000 per annum + Super + incentives

The main goal for this role is to generate new business opportunities whether Sales or Property Management driven by identifying potential property listings and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate property inspections, open homes, and client appointments
• Prospect and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors through calls, letterbox drops, and database outreach
• Support sales campaigns by researching market trends and assisting with sale strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Assisting with building and pest appointments and overflow of inspections

Qualifications Required:

• QLD real estate certificate and current QLD drivers license
• Passion, drive and overwhelming urge to succeed
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A team player mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
