We’re seeking a high-performing professional to join our motivated team and manage a dynamic portfolio across South East Queensland.

A Day in the Life at FAA: Your day may start by heading out to conduct open homes, entry and exit reports, and routine inspections—anywhere from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 110 properties, supported by cutting-edge AI-driven technology, including smart cameras and intelligent software that streamline your workflow.

Whether you're at your desk or on the go, you'll handle the core responsibilities of property management—communicating with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure all details are managed with care and professionalism.

Remuneration Package Includes:

Base salary: $75,000

Plus superannuation contributions

Fully maintained motor vehicle with fuel card (option to include personal use)

Company mobile phone

The Position and Key Role Responsibilities for Property Manager

· End-to-end property management: leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades

· Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies

· Using property management software to stay on top of everything

· Proactively contribute ideas and energy to enhance our processes

· Arrears Management

· Work closely with other Property Managers to assist with administration of all portfolios

Skills / Attributes Required

· Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve, and be a team player

· A “can do” attitude and self-starter

· Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritise and maintain a high level of ATD

· Current Driver's License

· Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients

· Confident computer skills and adaptability to new systems - knowledge in Property Me will be beneficial

· Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
