The Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll support two senior property managers with lease renewals, inspections and admin tasks within the quickly growing rent roll.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tenant communication
• Support with lease renewals, applications and inspections
• Respond promptly to tenant emails and inquiries
• Conduct routine inspections
• Liaise tenants and owners in regard to inspections
• Maintain accurate records and reports

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in property management role
• Prior property management experience 6+ months
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Current Qld Real Estate Certificate or License is Required
