The Role:

• Assist the Senior Property Manager and P/T Manager with a portfolio of 180 whilst learning the ropes
• Conduct entry and exit condition reports and routine inspections
• Manage arrears
• Handle maintenance and repairs
• Prepare notices and forms
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in a similar role (Real Estate Receptionist/ Leasing Agent/ Assistant Property Manager)
• Good attention to detail
• Demonstrate a genuine passion and dedication to the role
• Excellent communication skills
