Australian Outdoor Living is searching for a professional, driven Patio’s, Verandahs & Decks (PVD) Production Manager to join our team based in Loganholme.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Production Manager, you will be managing and controlling our production and logistics functions to ensure the efficient and timely installation of our PVD products.
Key Responsibilities include:
Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure on-time delivery and meet budget targets.
Manage trade and service schedules for efficient customer installations.
Order, maintain, and deliver stock, ensuring cost-effective supply chain operations.
Procure materials and services, managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and production records within the ERP system.
Manage job costing, payment schedules, and financial reporting.
Act as a key contact for customers, sales agents, and manage all service and warranty inquiries.
Provide customers with timely order, installation, and invoice documentation.
Evaluate and implement actions to improve delivery, efficiency, and quality standards.
Coordinate check measures, manage customer communications, and ensure proactive customer service.
ABOUT YOU:
Minimum 3 years of experience in production or construction experience is desirable
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in managing teams of trades people/ installers
Exceptional time management, project planning and knowledge of dispute resolution processes
Ability to problem solve and analyse complex problems with high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer centric mindset
Current driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
