About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our production team. Based in Northgate, QLD this is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, detail-focused environment and can confidently manage multiple residential and commercial projects through all phases. Experience with Cabinet Vision software will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage high-end joinery and furniture projects from design to delivery

Liaise with clients, builders, architects, and designers

Work closely with CAD drafters to ensure accurate production drawings

Schedule and manage subcontractors

Order materials and manage inventory relevant to each job

Track project milestones and request progress payments

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Shopfitting / Carpentry or Project Management experience

White Card (Construction Induction)

Experience in kitchen and joinery manufacturing/installation

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Confident and professional approach

Must have full working rights in Australia
