Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Product Owner / Project Manager
to drive and manage the delivery of high-quality Web and Mobile applications.
This hybrid role blends product ownership and project management responsibilities,
requiring hands-on delivery leadership and a deep understanding of software quality,
APIs, and user-centric design.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA engineers, designers,
and stakeholders—to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps,
ensure delivery against timelines, and maintain a focus on technical excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done by combining business and technology,
and has the ability to deep dive into technical details while maintaining strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership:

Define, refine, and communicate product vision and Roadmaps for Web & Mobile applications.

Gather requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritised product backlog.

Work together with Product Management ensuring SW development aligns HW and infrastructure development.

Maintain regular SW delivery cycles, progress reports and demos.

Project Management:

Plan, manage, and track delivery timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Web & Mobile products.

Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to ensure team alignment and delivery momentum.

Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve blockers to maintain timelines.

Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and achievements by aligning business and technical needs

Technical & Quality Focus:

Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to integrate robust testing practices, including manual and automated QA, API testing, and UI validation across browsers/devices.

Engage in technical discussions to make informed trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality.

Advocate for best practices in software development and delivery, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in a hybrid Product Owner / Project Manager role within Agile environments.

Strong technical acumen with hands-on delivery of Web and Mobile applications, including backend API integrations.

Solid understanding of full SDLC processes including QA methodologies and test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience managing and integrating with hardware products (e.g., IoT devices, embedded systems).

Familiarity with Azure backend infrastructure, cloud architectures, and deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of Performance Testing (load, stress, endurance) and Security Testing practices.

Background in SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or system implementation.
