About the role

Inca Lifts is seeking a talented Service and Installation Technician to join their team in Western Australia. This full-time role will see you responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of various hoists and automotive accessories.

You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' businesses.

The role requires travel statewide for regular and scheduled service/work runs, with the option to travel nationally to support the greater team.

What you'll be doing

Perform installation, servicing and maintenance of hoists, automotive lifts, and other automotive accessories (GPS systems, Dash cameras, Lighting systems etc)

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations

Support the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics (LV or HV or auto electrician) or a related trade - Preferred

2 years' experience as a Field Service or Installation Technician - Hoist installer, Automotive Accessory Fitter, Auto Electrician, Mechanic or similar - Preferred

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and have good record keeping skills

Valid Australian driver's license

Forklift license - Preferred
