Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
-Entering all vehicles into stock, creating files and supporting documents for vehicles
-Registrations appointments
-Process vehicle registration acquisitions and cancellations
-Maintain compliance with VicRoads regulations, identity checks, PPSR checks and audit requirements
-Maintain accurate and well-organised records
-Prepare and complete acquisition and disposal paperwork
-Raise purchase orders and process invoices to ensure accurate pricing - and other accounts-based tasks
-Confirm registration currency
-General administrative tasks
-Ensure compliance policies and procedures
-Reception relief
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience with VicRoads or vehicle registrations (preferred but not required).
-Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
