This opportunity sits within Dutton One, our premium retail network known for delivering high-performance vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. We’re now looking for a meticulous and motivated Acquisitions & Transfer Officer to support our growing operations.

Job Description

Working with the team from Dutton One and an exceptional leader, you will:

Ensure registration numbers and correct documentation accompany all invoices and records

Confirm registration currency (or expiry not exceeding 3 months)

Prepare and complete acquisition paperwork

Conduct verification of registered ownership (VRO)

Perform timely VRO checks and vehicle transfers (online and manual)

Reconcile all transfer costs

Maintain compliance with VicRoads regulations, identity checks, privacy, and audit requirements

Maintain accurate and well-organised records

Scan and attach invoices and contracts

Enter creditor invoices and assist with general office tasks

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight deadlines

Confident communicator by phone and email

Understanding of privacy and compliance protocols

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Holds a current Victorian Driver’s Licence

Previous automotive experience and/or knowledge of VicRoads systems is desirable but not essential

A current Police Check is required
