Join Our Team as an Office Manager!

We are seeking dynamic, creative, and career-focused individuals to join our long

established company. This is your opportunity to put your skills into practice as an

Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and

establishing service standards

Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment effectively

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of support staff

Manage office records and accounts

Liaise with professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve issues

Maintain office equipment and supplies

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Oversee adherence to relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, performance

management, payroll, training, and supervision

To Be Successful in This Role

You will need:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and the capacity to work under pressure

A proven ability to multitask effectively

Qualifications (minimum)- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher

Fluency in English

Experience:

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
