We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team and work together to create an efficient and professional office environment.
The Role
As the core role of office management, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient collaboration among departments, while coordinating office resources and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ÿ Overseeing day-to-day office administration and operational support, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and the office is fully functional
Ÿ Developing and implementing office management system to improve overall management efficiency and compliance
Ÿ Continuously improving office procedures and improving departmental collaboration efficiency and office workflow quality
Ÿ Preparing budgets, reviewing invoice documentation, arranging and tracking payment processes
Ÿ Regularly tracking inventory and timely ordering necessary office supplies and daily stationery
Ÿ Managing customer information and files, ensuring data security and quick retrieval
Ÿ Ensuring the organization, distribution, and receipt of internal administrative documents, and tracking the timeliness and accuracy of information communication
Ÿ Organizing onboarding, offboarding, and leave procedures of employees and conducting internal training events and career training events
Ÿ Selecting and maintaining office service providers and evaluating the quality of their services and the performance of the contract
Ÿ Planning and delivering office activities and celebrations to create a positive and vibrant office
Who We Are Looking For
Ÿ An experienced professional with a diploma or above qualification in management or related field
Ÿ over 3 years of administrative management experience
Ÿ Excellent organizational coordination and multitasking skills
Ÿ Strong sense of responsibility, pays attention to details, and has a proactive service attitude
Ÿ An excellent verbal and written communicator who can quickly establish cross departmental trust relationships
Ÿ Proficient in digital office systems and office software
