About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at Irritek Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's supply chain operations. This is a full-time or 12 month contract position and is based in Moree NSW 2400. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Lead end to end supply chain functions across inbound freight, warehousing and inventory movement for manufacturing workshop, products sales and project delivery

Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned to growth and customer service - may include LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet production and sales demands

Develop and lead a high performance culture across stores, truck and yard personnel

Oversee inventory control and minimise costs and to ensure timely availability of products

Collaborate with Sales, Design and Production teams to forecast demand, plan production and optimise logistics

Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance

What we're looking for

Experience (3+years) in a supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Demonstrated expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics optimisation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions

Strong people management with ability to mentor and develop staff

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Proficient in the use of supply chain management software, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
