About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Client Relationship Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding client experience while gaining valuable exposure to the finance and broking world.
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll help guide them through the finance process from initial enquiry through to settlement. You’ll also support the team behind the scenes by managing key administrative functions, liaising with lenders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, organised, and excited about building a career in finance. You’ll receive structured on-the-job training with the intention of progressing into a broker role over time. Monday to Friday (early Friday finishes if working the occasional Saturday shift, 10am–2pm)
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound client enquiries via phone and email
Guide clients through each step of their loan or finance application
Liaise with lenders and finance brokers to coordinate applications and settlements
Prepare, collect, and verify documents for finance applications
Accurately maintain client files and update CRM records
Follow up on warm leads and re-engage previous clients
Ensure compliance requirements are met across all documentation
Assist with quoting, insurance requests, and general office support
What You'll Bring
A genuine interest in finance, lending, and building a broking career
Experience in administration or customer service roles (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and multitask
A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs or workflow tools
