About the role
How this position will contribute to the Profile Talent Team…
You will join a dedicated team of media industry professionals with a diversity of skills aimed at servicing our unique clients. In your role you will assist the Talent Managers and their clients by providing administrative support in their day-to-day activities.
You will also assist in the administration of clients' social media activities; corporate appearances; and, office administration tasks.
You will perform your role by adhering to our company values which include honesty, flexibility, loyalty, trust, compassion and competitiveness. The role's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following;
Diary management
Coordinating all logistics for talent engagements including social media campaigns
Booking travel
Managing invitations and RSVPs
Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, spreadsheets, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Devise and maintain office filing system
Provision of confidential secretarial support
Write copy for the Profile Talent website and social media posts
Any required administrative support for the business

Demonstrated ability to successfully work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven ability to liaise with various industry contacts at all levels of seniority
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in client service management and the ability to respond to the needs and concerns of internal and external clients and stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and clients to negotiate and analyse any issues and resolve them in a consultative manner
Desirable…
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Tertiary qualifications in business, communications or an equivalent level of professional experience in the field
Experience in the entertainment and media industry will be highly regarded
