The Role

As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. This role will require you to work between 10-15 hrs per week, where your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism and managing front desk operations.

Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.

Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.

Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.​

What We’re Looking For

Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions.

Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.​
