We focus on providing dentistry in a supportive, calm environment that treats the person—not just the tooth.

Your Role:

Be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients warmly and professionally

Manage bookings, recalls, and patient communications

Handle payments, health fund claims, and treatment plan coordination

Maintain accurate patient records using dental software

Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the dental industry

Familiarity with dental practice software D4W is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, compassionate nature and a commitment to patient care
