Robert Half is partnering with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) to recruit a Desktop Engineer who thrives in delivering outstanding technical support to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll play a key role in providing end-user support, troubleshooting desktop issues, and supporting a wide variety of IT environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing Level 1 & 2 support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues (onsite & remote)

Supporting Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory

Assisting with device builds, upgrades, and patch management

Working with ticketing systems and adhering to SLAs

Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Visiting client sites across the Perth metro area as needed

About You:

2+ years in a Desktop Support / IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience supporting Windows OS, Office 365, AD, and Exchange

Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g. ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset

A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel reimbursed)
