💼 The Role: Service Desk Engineer
We’re looking for a curious, driven and client-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be the first line of support for our clients, helping them stay productive and secure. While most of your work will be office-based, there will be opportunities for on-site client visits to deepen relationships and gain hands-on experience.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Provide Level 1–2 support via phone, email and remote access tools
Troubleshoot networks, Windows environments and cloud services
Assist with O365 migrations, server builds and virtualisation projects
Configure firewalls, routers and AV solutions
Document technical procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base
Collaborate with senior engineers and learn from the best
Occasionally visit client sites for hands-on support and relationship building
🎯 What We’re Looking For
2+ years of relevant IT support experience (MSP experience a plus)
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hunger to learn and grow. Mentorship and training are part of the deal. We want you to get better
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
Experience with HP servers, Hypervisor, the Meraki stack of products, Veeam
Familiarity with ConnectWise – Automate and Manage or similar such as Datto RMM tools
Sharepoint and DLP
Workflow automation
The use of AI and how it can be applied to business.
