Our superstar Dispatch Manager is on the move, and we have big shoes to fill.

To do this, we have built a large scale commercial laundry servicing the Accomodation industry on Bundjalung Country in Bangalow, the heart of the NSW Northern Rivers.

What will you do and what top strengths will you get to use?

We are looking for a Dispatch Manager to help us make sure that we do our best job to get hold of all our dirty laundry, and that our customers have guests using our beautiful linen exactly when we'd promised.

Reporting to the Services Manager, you will make sure that deliveries are timely and professional. You'll work closely with our operations team and manage a small dispatch team (between 2-4 people depending on the time of year), so being a team player is a non-negotiable for us.

You'll have an eye for detail and be an expert-level problem solver as you make sure that stock levels are sufficient, be able to do all the necessary reporting to systems and stakeholders, and communicate in a way that's kind, respectful and outcomes-focused with everyone you meet - whether it's one of our laundry legends or customers. Dealing with tricky and unique issues isn't a problem for you, making sure that customers always feel heard, and any concerns are resolved quickly.

You know your way around logistics and production environments (ideally 3+ years) and bring that experience to willingly look for, test and implement ways to be more efficient while setting a high standard for safety.

We'll also value your knowledge of or work with diverse groups, and how to support our working community through your support and mentorship.

The role requires some travel, and the successful candidate must have a Drivers Licence.
