The Role
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Warehouse & Customer Service All-Rounder to join our Sydney team. This is a hands-on role combining morning warehouse despatch operations with afternoon field service support in a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Morning (9:00 am – 13:00)

Prepare goods for despatch, including wrapping pallets and cartons

Process and load consignment notes into the company’s portal

Coordinate with accounts to update tracking & despatch details

Keep the warehouse area organised, safe, and compliant with company procedures

Afternoon (from approx. 13:00)

Drive company vehicle to deliver and install equipment at customer sites across Sydney

Provide basic coffee equipment servicing and maintenance (full training provided)

Assist customers on-site with professionalism and product knowledge

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse despatch operations

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team and liaise effectively with office staff

Computer literacy – capable of using despatch software and internal systems

Current Australian driver’s licence with good driving record

Customer-focused, articulate, and able to communicate clearly

Physically fit to handle some manual lifting (within safe limits)
