About Us
We’re a leading provider of commercial furniture and event infrastructure, servicing councils, hospitality venues, and public events across Australia. Our Sydney branch plays a vital role in delivering high-quality service and builds, and we’re looking for a Branch Manager who can lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Hands-On Work
Build, maintain, and refurbish timber furniture (basic woodworking and painting)
Deliver and install furniture to venues, councils, and residential sites
Maintain trucks, trailers, and warehouse assets
Keep the Sydney warehouse clean, functional, and safe
Oversee day-to-day delivery and pickup schedules
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small team of casual staff
Interview, train, and onboard new team members
Set the tone for work ethic, professionalism, and brand standards
Logistics & Stock Control
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
Communicate regularly with Melbourne HQ regarding inventory, operations, and staffing
Ensure all tools, vehicles, and inventory are organised and maintained
Client Relationships & Business Growth
Build strong working relationships with event managers and local clients
Represent the Sydney branch as a trusted, professional face of the business
Identify new business opportunities to grow our presence in NSW
Live and promote our values and uphold our brand DNA in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with woodworking, painting, or furniture repairs
Strong operational background – warehousing, logistics, or event setups
Demonstrated leadership in a small team environment
Self-motivated, practical, and highly organised
Great time management and communication skills
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and keep things moving
Comfortable working both independently and under the direction of HQ
