Key Responsibilities:

Manage all inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and dispatch

Lead, supervise and develop warehouse staff to meet KPIs and safety standards

Monitor stock levels, coordinate stocktakes, and reduce stock variances

Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies

Oversee forklift operations, load/unload of freight, and equipment upkeep

Liaise with internal departments, transport providers, and customers

Report on productivity, safety, and performance to senior management

You Will Need:

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role

Forklift licence (LF) – essential

Strong understanding of warehouse systems and safety procedures

Excellent communication and people management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Sound computer skills (ERP/WMS knowledge preferred)

A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
