Dynamic Home Enhancements is a leading manufacturer of Outdoor Blinds and Roller Shutters in Australia. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organised individual to join our Brisbane team as a Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate installations between customers and our installation teams.

- Motivate and lead installation teams to meet customer service expectations while achieving company profitability targets.

- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock.

- Monitor costs, stock usage, and overall profitability.

- Organise additional trades on-site as needed.

- Acquire new installers to accommodate demand.

- Ensure efficient installation timelines and workload management for installers.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.

- Exceptional organisational abilities.

- Basic computer skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Efficiency and the capability to work independently.

- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- A forklift license is a plus.
