I’m thrilled to be partnering with our client to recruit a key technical leadership role based at their Warwick site — a role that sits at the core of their manufacturing operations.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technical Services Manager to join this highly regarded organisation and drive technical innovation, process improvements, and support new product development across their diverse product portfolio, which includes tablets, capsules, powders, and liquids.

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager – Production and leading a small technical team, your remit will span:

Process optimisation – improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring scale-up success for new products.

Validation oversight – managing site validation activities, protocols, reports, and compliance to the Validation Master Plan.

Troubleshooting & technical support – identifying and resolving issues related to raw materials, formulation, or manufacturing technology.

New product integration – supporting formulation reviews, technology transfer, and process documentation for new launches.

Cross-functional leadership – working closely with QA, Production, and Improvement teams to enhance operational performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications in Science or Engineering.

Strong experience in manufacturing technical services, ideally in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or food.

Hands-on knowledge of validation, product formulations, and process improvements.

A background in OSD, liquids, or packaging is highly regarded.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a practical, can-do approach.
