We’re now seeking a motivated and capable Print Production Manager to lead our production team and drive operational excellence across all stages of the process—from initial design through to printing, packing, and delivery.

About the Role

As the Print Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our end-to-end production operations. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll coordinate the day-to-day workflow, champion quality standards, and ensure timely, efficient order fulfillment. You’ll also help shape the culture of our production floor—mentoring staff, improving processes, and ensuring our work exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the print production team, including scheduling, workflow management, and progress tracking.

Oversee the full production lifecycle, from project setup to final dispatch, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all stages.

Perform hands-on work as needed, including equipment operation, custom packaging solutions, and hardware assembly.

Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Maintain and manage production equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance when necessary.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in print production or a related manufacturing environment.

A proven ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
