Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.

Sales & Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive performance across both retail and commercial customer accounts.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock control, cash handling, compliance, and reporting.

Customer Experience: Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, with a proactive approach to problem resolution.

Staff Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain an engaging, on-brand store environment through strategic product presentation and merchandising.

Administration: Manage scheduling, inventory accuracy, and store reporting to support operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in retail store management, with exposure to B2B sales or account management highly regarded.
