The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional to join the business as an Area Manager focused on maintaining and growing relationships with flooring contractors and retailers across Sydney.
You'll be the go-to expert in your territory, regularly visiting customers and supporting their flooring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with flooring contractors and retail partners across Sydney
- Drive product awareness and expand market share through effective relationship management
- Manage your short-term sales pipeline and contribute to territory growth targets
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in building products or construction sales is essential
- Experience working with one of the desired customer bases
- Ability to identify quick wins and influence decision-makers
- Comfortable working both autonomously and within a sales team
- High-energy & self-motivated personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A current, valid driver’s licence is required
