Your new role

As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily production and packaging operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising production and warehouse teams across shifts.
  
• Managing production schedules, staff rosters, and workflow to meet output and quality targets.
  
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Coordinating raw material receival and dispatch of finished goods.
  
• Monitoring KPIs including output, waste, quality compliance, and safety performance.
  
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of production staff.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualifications in production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years' experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
  
• Proven leadership experience in a production or operations role.
  
• Strong understanding of WHS, HACCP, and quality systems.
  
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
